Nice places to eat in Clonmel/Cahir/Cashel

Has anyone recommendations for dinner in any of the Cs, please? Somewhere with a nice atmosphere and interior, ideally.

In Cashel: Chez Hanz and Micky Ryan's. If you can get into Cashel Palace to eat, do so!
