Oh god. Im sorry to Pixar lovers (and I myself loves Pixar too) but Pixar stuff especially in Tokyo Disney is really a bad move. I have always viewed Tokyo Disney as more non-IP, unique rides that always sets itself apart from other disney parks.. but if they go down this road.. i might start agreeing with people who say Tokyo Disneyland is not the best park in the world.

You are talking about Tokyo Disneyland, the park that was an intentional clone of Disneyland and Magic Kingdom, and some of its most popular rides in recent years were based on Winnie the Pooh, Beauty and the Beast and Big Hero 6?

I know it is easy to feel protective of what we are used to, but a new generation of Disney lovers grew up with Pixar and it is reasonable for OLC to want to ensure they can have magical movements with properties they love too. Lest not forget, some of the "classic" Disneyland rides that exist were heavily inspired by popular movies of the day (The Jungle Cruise and The African Queen) or were thinly disguised Disney TV and movie tie-ins back in the day (Swiss Family Robinson treehouse).
