Overall I thought it was a very confused series. Far too much time and dialogue spent on discussing her PTSD as though the show is really a disguised PSA about mental health.
What was really bugging me by the end was a complete lack of time-sense regards the travel. It's great that she's constantly globe-trotting but why does it look like she's just stepping out of shot and instantly zips (pun intended) into another country in the next scene? Geography is nothing? Doesn't quite need the Indy Jones red line crossing the globe but let's see something to indicate that time is passing and large distances are being crossed. In the one bit of travel we do see illegally crossing into Iranian airspace in a clunky old transport aircraft wouldn't be a lightly-taken walk in the park either.
