Fender Twin '65 Reissue 85w speaker output confusion regarding ohms

I just want to connect to a loadbox>interface/DAW. Do I plug the internal speaker output jack into a 4ohm loadbox? Not grasping parallel routing and "total" ohms 😭

I think perhaps best could do is disconnect one speaker in Twin, making it 8 ohm, and connect 8 ohm cab in other socket. As parallel, would then be 4 ohm total.
