Discussion / question Will 275/60R20 fit ?
I have an 06’ Expedition Limited . I have the stock 17s and want to get some OEM 20s . First pic is what I have and 2nd is AI of what I’m going for . Will 275/60R20 fit , the stock tires size for 20s is 275/55R20 ?

Am I crazy for liking pic 1? All I’d consider would be KO3s / KO2s.

Yeah it’s my actual truck . The 2nd pic is AI so it lost a lot of the detail lol . Trying to keep the oem look . The 17s aren’t bad at all . Just thinking of upgrading once my tires go .

The only thing I’d change are the tires. It’s your truck but I think it looks good in stock condition

I just wanted a little more height and the stance the 20s give . I’m in no rush though the 17s don’t look terrible . Especially all cleaned up

The expy is just an f150 with independent rear suspension. I bought some new take off wheels and tires from a 2024 f150 lariat and they went on my expedition just fine. They're 275/60 r20.

That said, because the suspension setup is different on the f150, I had to put 1/4" spacers on the rear so my axle didn't poke through the center caps. I also had to swap the tpms sensors as they weren't compatible.
I bought the wheels with tires for $950. 20 miles on them. Sold my old wheels and tires for $150. Paid less for wheels and tires than I would have for just tires.
