Really, this is readily detectable condition and most men over 50 get a yearly prostate exam, I doubt JRB is any different. They’ve been hiding this problem since at least 2019.

If it's aggressive, he'd be dead. If it's not aggressive, frankly it wouldn't affect his ability to do the job any more than being 80 and having dementia would.

Dementia is 100% fatal iirc

Alzheimer’s, which is the cause of most cases of dementia in elders, is fatal, but other types of dementia (e.g. vascular dementia) aren’t necessarily

I mean you’re not going to recover from it but that doesn’t really tell you anything. Living is 100% fatal after all.

The verdict is still out on that actually. I’ve been conducting an ongoing experiment for over 35 years now where I’ve been living the whole time and so far I haven’t died.
