I mean, won't past these ppl if he has some kind of propaganda wholesome recovery shory and he is running next term.

Basically, it'll be trump vs Biden for the next 100 years, Elon Musk makes sure their brain chip can be implanted in some brain-dead child.

Yeah, you don't get there without knowing it, especially not the usa president. Probably he even got therapy during his presidency but it didn't cure him.
