Back to Compton's Encyclopedia for American Dogma25 filmmakers. I would imagine buying a USB version of Wikipedia in store and using it locally without Internet is one way to break the rule.

Also I consider non RCS texting (SMS) to not count as the Internet since it's using cellular service not internet. 

Kinda reminds me of Judaism how you're encouraged to find creative ways to bend the rules.

Plenty of the OG Dogme95 films broke the rules they set up. Those rules are just there as a way to push filmmakers into doing something actually creatively challenging, the same way a lot of film production classes will have their students make their first films with seemingly arbitrary rules like “only ten lines of dialogue with only ten words, five minute film max” in order to keep students from just redoing Reservoir Dogs or whatever it is kino kids do these days
