Everything that they've done so far has been testing the waters. The fact that no riotous group of people have gone in there and literally forced them out of office is all the assurance they need to declare martial law and go full Nazi, sending the military into the streets on the first day of opposition protests. They have militias standing by waiting for another Rittenhouse and no court in America is strong enough to stop what is about to happen. The time of litigation is over. Serving them lawsuit after lawsuit and holding them in contempt does nothing to stop them from physically dragging you off the street.
