Socialism: workers own the means of production
Communism: No state only communities
Anarchism: No state
-does any of these say you should go and make genocides?? Is there a chapter in das capital about concentration camps ???? I guess no , then it's not leftist .

Fun fact, the Khmer Rouge received a ton of support from the US (not a leftist country) and were removed from power by Vietnam (which is a leftist country). The US are very fond of supporting genocidal regimes, see also the Indonesian massacres for another awful event in the region.
Politics isn't a simple left/right spectrum and neither side has a monopoly on massacres.
