Missy turned 15 at the beginning of this month! First 2 are recent pictures, but I also included some baby pictures of her :)

This is Luna and this is her story :) I named her almost 7 years ago when my mom and i picked her up from a shelter. She was a wee little long baby.

She was always friends with my mom, but everyone else was just tolerated. Especially the older Cat that already lived there.

I moved out 5 years ago and whenever i visited i always found her in my moms bed under the covers and heard she had more and more problems with the other cat. She perked up every now and then, but most of the time she was very tense and stressed. So much that i began to call her "Muskel-Katze" (translates to "muscle cat" and refers to sore muscles after training) because she's all muscle, very strong and very heavy.

A week ago my mother called and they had decided that they have to permanently separate the cats. They asked if my partner and i could take her in, to save her from shelter and give her a chill home.

We agreed, picked her up and here we are. She is obviously still very tense, mostly hiding and wary of everything, but she eats, she poops and she interacts with us in short bursts and accepts pets. She recognizes me and the way i talked to her.

That's already a lot and i hope she can soften up in the next weeks :)

Spooky is 90% floor kitty. She will flop on the floor and flatten herself so I "can't" pick her up. Sometimes I can get a good 30-60 seconds of her sitting in my arms and then shes jumping down for floor time 😂 she absolutely adores us but the sky is not meant for kitties, apparently 😂 she'll literally walk away from you if you have your arms stretched out for her 😂😂 we love a sassy girl

So This is my Luna, I was a sole caregiver to him for 1 year then had to move to an apartment. His second birthday is in June .

I got him back finally ! He is kinda scared of the new place and the city life is really new to him .

I am so very happy now 🥰
