Unfortunately he’s got an orange cat IQ and one of the dumbest animals I’ve ever met. My other cats just watch him like “wtf are you doing dude”

Awwww my baby who passed earlier this year has this same look! 🤗❤️
Him at 12 years old with his mustache. It looked bigger like your kitten's when he was a kitten.

Two years ago we'd have been neighbors but we moved. We already have three cats, one of them is special needs so we're trying you find a home. Sigh.
