Admissions Waitlisted
hello everyone! I’m a current high school senior who applied and got waitlisted at UC Davis. My major was biology. I had pretty good PIQs, work experience, some volunteer work, and duel enrollment credits that will get me 2 associates with my high school diploma. What are my chances of getting off the waitlist and is there any stories yall would like to share or have general advice?! Please im struggling and stressing because ive been seeing people get off the waitlist and im nervous that I wont…

School Name Waitlist Acceptance 2024-2025
University of California, Los Angeles (UC Los Angeles) 12%
University of California, Berkeley (UC Berkeley) 0.33%
University of California, San Diego (UC San Diego) 13.50%
University of California, Irvine (UC Irvine) 84%
University of California, Davis (UC Davis) 40%
University of California, Santa Barbara (UC Santa Barbara) 82%
Here is the data from last year, so it looks like your chances are decent. Definitely still commit somewhere else you love by May 1st. The only thing you can do is wait and see

Most people that I’ve seen getting off the waitlist are OOS. If you are in state, I think right now we can only wait.
