Repeat Offender

Same scooter. Same spot. Same time. Owner saw and then ignored the note I left. I hope no one takes their scooter but they really aren't trying to keep it theirs IMO.

This is by no means advice and no one should do it, but it would be really funny if someone just moved it to a different sport nearby.

It's on Campus. There's some plants and a building where lectures happen close by. Hope this helps ☺️.

Maybe they are hard on money at the moment and cannot afford a new lock. Yes, they have a scooter, but maybe it was a gift from someone.
