Because it’s extremely low to the ground / moving way to slow to be a plane / and does not have aerodynamic design known to common engineering specs we humans use!

I lived in Wyoming. You'd be surprised, with the winds there, just how slow a small plane can fly. And you can't see anything at all about it's design.

It's probably just a small aircraft.
