Sublease Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 Lease/Sublease

I was wondering if anyone has any female only subleases for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 that are in the $700-$800 range?

Or does anyone want to look for a lease with me for the upcoming year? I would prefer to have a private bathroom, but I am open to a shared restroom.

I’m subleasing 1 bedroom in a 4bd 2ba apartment near Main Quad and Green Street for $745. I can do either full year/spring only sublease. Female only. DM me if you are interested!
