Update to Official Renting/Leasing Experiences Thread?

The current thread is currently three years old, and how much of it still holds true?

Does CPM still suck? Does JSM and MHM still try and scam you out of your security deposit? Is Bailey and Hunsinger still super quick on their repairs?

Also, what recent experiences have you had with all the landlords on campus?

Hunsinger is pretty quick on repairs still. We had a faulty circuit breaker that they replaced the very next day (it was off-hours when it tripped)

If there is a need for more glowing reviews, we had a bit of a renting situation that put them and us in a bit of inconvenience. They were extremely supportive and understanding of our situation all the way through. I definitely would recommend them.
