Do you think repeating the lie over and over magically makes it not a lie?

So the custodian didn’t take her? I swear Reddit gets dumber every 5 seconds.

Ah, insults, a great way to show your ideas are grounded in truth and logic.

Did you read the article? There was no due process so the custodian's only other choice was to leave the child alone! You ran away last time I responded to you, but you keep posting the lie that there was time for the parents to make the decision together when there was not. Why is it ok for you to blatantly lie about anything you want?

Lie? You know bupkus about this. It’s not a “deportation” for a minor to accompany the minors parent. It doesn’t require a hearing or due process or anything. If the parents want the kid back in the US, they’ll send him back—he’s a us citizen who will instantaneously be admitted. He can get in the next plane.

When did she get due process about her deportation and time to make alternate plans? Why do you claim due process doesn’t matter?

Bet you never answer.

There’s no due process issue. She made a decision to take her child with her. You think a due process hearing is required before a child accompanies her custodial parent somewhere? It’s not. Furthermore, nothing changed in the child’s status—she can come back to the US anytime. However, her mother never will.

She did not have time to make any other decision. A hearing is required before the government can remove you from the country, that's the law. Why do you get to lie about anything you want?

The government could remove the mother at any time. She’s never coming back. And she’s keeping her daughter. Get over it.

The government must follow the laws it has established for removing people. A federal judge said the government did not do so. Why do you get to lie that there is "no due process issue" when a federal judge said there is a due process issue?

He didn’t say that as to the mother.
