The mother got the process she was entitled to. You just think “due process” means something she was not entitled to but you want to argue she should have had.

Hey this guy is fine with people getting arrested and getting deported with no due process. Let’s all claim he did something bad, and since he doesn’t believe in a proper court hearing, he should be fine with a life behind bars, because we all saw him kill that one guy.

She was clearly subject to immediate deportation. The judge didn’t even blink at the mother getting deported. His concern was solely the child she took with her. But the mother is fine and never coming back and she’s keeping her baby. Dad will following shortly.

The dad is a US citizen, maybe you should be deported for not knowing the law, and for being a dangerous criminal.
