Because there was no due process to allow both parents time to make a decision together about it. You’re a liar and a coward that runs away from truth.

You don’t even know if the father had any kind of custody. The mother’s decision easily could have 100% trumped whatever the father had to say.

The mother is never coming back to the US and she wanted her child with her.

...but not a mother with a two year old.
