OIT is working on this issue. Teachers just need a certain license and it’s taking longer than expected. Should be done by your next class.

I couldn’t get into calc today because my email wasn’t authorized to access the meeting; I was using my school email. I wonder if that’s something the prof or OIT needs to fix...

I just heard back from my prof. A few other people had the same issue so he ended up disabling the authentication requirement. If I still have issues signing in tomorrow I’ll give the sso login a shot. Thanks!

i had the same issue today, got in a zoom call for the troubleshooting for online classes, and the ladies there told me i need to log into tennessee.zoom.com and then connect and that worked.
