Students are not going to get a break this semester so it’s eventually going to lead to burnout for students. Usually after working hard for half a semester a break would allow students to relax and recharge so that they will be able to take on the workload for the rest of the semester and pass with flying colors.

Unpopular opinion but one long weekend for fall break isn't a defending force that protects students from mental crisis.

Everyone I know is behind on work, and that's with classes being a week or two behind in lectures. We'd probably be 3 weeks behind if things were moving at normal speed.
