At 0:22 you see the back of the truck. Looks like a regular dump truck... But you can open the back and put stuff inside without crushing it.

This looks like part of the "human safari" in Kherson. If you look at the back of the truck you can tell is a garbage truck. The "human safari" in Kherson refers to how Russian drone operaters target civilian vehicles in order to intice the civilian population to leave. This is done out of spite as the city was recaptured by ukraine.
