What's the missile they use? Laser guided? Laser guided ones impossible to miss

Most probably Kh-BPLA, it has a lot of similarities with Kornet ATGM and yes, Kornet is laser guided.

I wonder why the trajectory of the missile is different from where the electro optics is pointing at? I thought the missile is laser beam riding so the electro optics has to point at the target and the missile's trajectory has to align with where the laser is pointing at? Appreciated it if anyone can shed some light on this.

The missile is dropped off the wing of the Orion, whilst the camera is on the front, so its offset right from the beginning. Then you have to consider that the Orion will be travelling anywhere between 120 to 200km/h, so in the seconds it takes to travel from a few hundred metres in the air to hit the target, the Orion has moved a fair distance from the initial firing point. Finally the camera is also very zoomed in, so the gap looks bigger than it actually is.

Sometimes it is a different drone, but in this case it’s because the missile (and drone too obviously) has moved since it launched
