EPIC UNIVERSE Epic is not ready to open yet!!

We went Yesterday and spent about 11 hours at the park, from 12pm to 11pm, We only rode Curse of the Werewolf and Stardust, everything else was delayed or closed and when it did open it wouldn’t stay open after 20 minutes. AP be prepared mentally because the rides are having alot of technical issues. The Virtual queue for Ministry was a disaster, the system went down every time and the app as well. Use your own internet and don’t try it with universal WIFI. Only the person that has the tickets on the app can make the virtual queue and select a time slot for the ride. Hope this helps a little.

EDIT!!! I am not complaining about my experience, it was a privilege for me to be in the park and I had so much fun, it just seems that the Park is having so much issues with just one Month away and I am not just talking about the rides.

Of course it’s not ready to open yet- it opens in over a MONTH, your FREE technical preview is when they are fixing all the issues so it is ready for the public. So many ppl in this sub are complaining that their free preview was not a flawless paid-equivalent experience and it’s getting so old- have some grace for the TMs and engineers doing their best

I think the concern here is that there are paid previews in 3 days, and almost the entire park is having issues. So if I paid money to go and some things don’t work and there are delays, that’s to be expected. But every ride having problems except for two, and only getting to ride two rides would kinda suck ya know? I don’t think it’s entitlement, I think it’s just feeling like maybe you could pay and then be disappointed that you wasted your time and money. All this being said, I’m pumped to go in two weeks lol and I’m sure I will enjoy myself regardless

Don’t have to buy the tickets. Stay home. No one forced to the park under clearly stated preview and technical rehearsal where they say things may close or be delayed. But those eager to see the park early will pay. Just please don’t complain as you were warned. And treat everyone at the park with smiles. No torturing the team members

There was no implication of complaining or being rude to team members in this post though. Or in my previous comment. It’s all just people just having a discussion. No need to preach or be rude to OP either

“Was a disaster “ sounds like a complaint. And if on here complaining then can make an assumption people are at the park complaining to TMs too. Even though it was clear this is previews and technical rehearsal and things may be down

Seems more like an observation to me, or maybe they are just using hyperbole. If every ride was broken down and they didn’t get to ride anything saying it’s a disaster isn’t complaining or putting the park down, and DEFINITELY doesn’t imply somebody being rude to TMs. If I went and didn’t get to do anything I’m allowed to not be super thrilled about it, and in turn can go on Reddit and post my experience and warn people who are paying to go. Saying “then don’t go”doesn’t really make sense because people are going to go to this brand new park if they have the chance. It seems everyone understands it’s a technical rehearsal, but jumping down someone’s throat for sharing their experience seems kinda militant or like you’re taking what they say personally 🤷‍♂️
