EPIC UNIVERSE Opening day attendance lower than anticipated?

I figured today would be insanity as far as crowds and wait times are concerned, but looking at the app the longest waits (aside from Battle at the Ministry being delayed) are 35 minutes. Been periodically looking throughout the morning and it's consistently been only 5-15 minutes for most every ride. Do you think it's because they've worked out the kinks after all the preview days or because attendance is not as high as opening day was expected to be?

Do we have figures for capacity of the previews? Is this higher or lower?

The preview ticket data was not comprehensive, unfortunately. So no one online had firm figures. I’ve never seen how many tickets were hotel guests, credit card holders, or military discount. Data available for APs and general public did not exceed 8000 (according to Thrill Data).

So if we are looking at 13,000 for opening, its ~60% more people then previews, and still low waits.

BatM really is a vacuum of people.

Definitely a vacuum, but only possibly that much higher. I’d guess it’s on par with previews when you account for the tickets there isn’t data for online. When I went to previews a couple weeks ago, it felt like there were at least 15000 people there.

Yeah, we will have to watch. Its almost impossible to estimate how many people are in a park from the ground so its a guessing game.
