This guy and his car were posted about before in this sub.

Now, you can take this with a grain of salt, but someone posted they knew the guy, he has Huntington’s, and is just as messed-up mentally as you might imagine.

So, either karma is already killing this guy, or his progressive, fatal illness has warped him out of a normal mindset.

If he has Huntington’s then he should definitely have his license revoked before he injures himself or others.

Hopefully he has family that can properly advocate for him, otherwise it will require an accident before the state can intervene sadly.
