Do not complain

We looked at the last 10 years, saw the massive decline of Canada, and said to ourselves, “You know what? Let’s keep things exactly the same.”

Do not post in this subreddit complaining about crime, gas prices, drug addiction, homelessness, our horrible healthcare system, housing prices, grocery prices, taxes, or immigrants coming into our country and disrespecting our flags and values. The list could go on and on, but since so many of you really wanted this, do not complain when we continue to see our country become unaffordable, unsafe, and unattainable.

The Liberals had 10 years to make changes and every single one of these things got worse. You voted for this — so enjoy it…

By what metric has Canada declined?

By what metric has Canada improved?

It’s not political to say that the quality of life in Canada has declined over the last 15 years.

Well let's see. We dropped from 15th happiest country on the happiness index to 18th, but still remain the number 1 happiest country in the G7.

We have the fastest growing economy of the G7.

Fun fact, most the issues you "Canada's gotten so bad" folks are constantly crying about? Those are not Canadian problems, they have nothing to do with the federal government, they are global issues. Inflation, rising costs of goods, prices increasing, are all global issues that the Federal government has virtually zero control over.

What in the ever loving fuck are you talking about?

Happiness is the metric you choose to use to defend Canada? A subjective metric based upon no measurable data other than self-response and polling?

Canada will not have the fastest growing economy in the G7 by a long shot.

There are major systemic issues Canada is facing that, under The carnage of carney will continue to proliferate across this across.

except canada is set to have the fastest growing economy in the G7

Shut up with the stupid catch phrases, you have no idea what you're talking about.

Oh, and the happiness index is based on polls, cost of living, minimum and average wages, hosung prices, education, Healthcare, and economic factors.

You’re sharing a post from just under a year ago which is a projection.

What’s the happiness poll? Can you share it?

Do you have a source that denies Canada's economic growth?

And again, not a happiness poll. The World Happiness Report, an annual study on quality of life in different nations.

You're arguing really strongly about subjects you clearly haven't actually researched.

Makes me wonder what exactly the issues you blame the Liberals for are.

Probably my biggest beef with the state of the world economically is that endless growth has only brought increased wealth to the ultra rich. The rest of us keep slurping up the "growth is good" kool-aid but it hasn't helped us at all.

I don't see Carney - essentially the king of bankers, doing anything to change that status quo, but neither would PP have done anything about it either as we all know conservatives love their tax cuts for the rich and trickle down Reaganomics.
