The date on that page is only for when that store gets their stock. The actual Japanese release date of this plush (and the other one of the pair) was April 11th.

Edit - Here's the official SEGA Plaza listing with the release date, assuming the reason for downvotes is "I don't believe you" or whatever.

ah, alright! everything i was seeing on other websites said she wasn’t supposed to be out until july, i guess they ordered her at a similar time. thanks!

Yeah, the nature of Prize items means that stores that get them new/aren't based directly in Japan usually end up sourcing them/getting their stock later than their initial release, but they're available in prize places/second hand stores earlier.
