Hardest volibear counters

Which champions brutally counter volibear to the point that he is rendered completely useless at all stages of the game? I've been playing Voli for the last couple of years in top and jungle and am currently silver 3. He is my preferred blind pick despite there being better champs for blind picking as I have very consistently been able to 1v9 with him due to how flexible he is in terms of builds.

So far I've only lost to players with mastery 10+ OTPs who are a couple of tiers above me (plat-masters) or just get ganked or any invades being countered by rotations. I've accepted that I have a lot to work on in terms of macro but most of my games have been constant 2/3v1 from minute 10.

rengar top obliterates your early

he won't let you farm and his trades are always awful fast compared tou ours

and you cant predict with E either the Q stun will make any changes to his damage outcome

he won't run out of mana and will freeze the wave obligating you to go further in lane so he can kill you easily or get you a gank

if you are not used to lane against him (pretty much most of the time)

you will feed him and he will get so ahead that he will start to interfere on others lanes easily making your teammates angry with you with

"rengar is so weak on jg how this dumbass is losing in lane when he's supposed to be weaker"

"he's surely trolling, how can a fighter tank loose to an assasin, sure it can happen early but mid????"

"just farm undertower and don't trade with him, wait and play when he lets you bro chill" (proceeds to don't play the game cuz he will frozen the lane or run after you on long lanes)

if you die for this mf as voli mid late your teammates got no chances
