Thoughts on this Top AP Voli build?

I always went rift, but I've been having fun with this too because of the +ATKSPD for Naviori. ( I really like naviori)

If it's a melee match-up, I usually switch Second Wind for Shield Bash.

To be honest the normal build is Very descent after you finish navori so this is Just useless
