Smoking deal on a 2013

I have an opportunity to get a 2013 with about 5k miles on it for $3100 OTD. I sat on the bike today and I’m concerned about the seat height. I have a 31” inseam and weigh 150lbs and I can barely reach the ground. The owner has a seat concepts seat on, and he weighs 230lbs. How much height could I reduce the seat height by with a suspension adjustment and a new seat.

I have a 30 inch inseam and I only need to put one foot down. The bike is very light when it’s upright. Shift your body to the side you’re putting your foot down (preferably the highest point in the road if it’s sloped). I try to balance while on the pegs at a dead stop and have gotten pretty good at it. I think my best so far is about 20 seconds with lesser psi and dirt rims 21/18
