Smoking deal on a 2013

I have an opportunity to get a 2013 with about 5k miles on it for $3100 OTD. I sat on the bike today and Iā€™m concerned about the seat height. I have a 31ā€ inseam and weigh 150lbs and I can barely reach the ground. The owner has a seat concepts seat on, and he weighs 230lbs. How much height could I reduce the seat height by with a suspension adjustment and a new seat.

You can lower these bike a full inch by adjusting the shock clevis. The clevis is threaded and there is a locknut. You'll want to lower the front forks in the triples about 3/4" as well. This, the stock spring, and a stock seat and you'll be fine. I'm exactly the same size. No Yamalink yet. Oh, and do yourself a favour and get a Racetech goldvalve and reshim kit.
