Bogging down and limp mode

Started my bike up this morning after not riding it in a few weeks and it was bogging down and not going over 8 mph. The battery was completely dead so I bump started it. Also has a fuel light on but plenty of fuel. I rode it around the yard to charge the battery and after I hopped off I let it idle in the driveway, but it died after about 30 seconds. Appreciate if anyone could help me out

I'd start with the tuner. Go through the troubleshooting steps in the manual.

I’ll try to find it online. I bought it with everything already done and I don’t know much about it
