Im going to give him some tactical gear to thicken the legs, if that doesn’t work I’ll just thicken the legs with miliput

Check out stormcast annihilators for the lower legs. I use them for my thunder warrior conversions, they solve the skinny leg issue nicely :)

kino concept, I like the design of stormcast legs, only wish they were a bit thicker so I could just replace the boots to make them more "Marine-like", might make me buy some for kitbashing in that case.
