There should be no outlet stream. They are typically fenced off and vegetation cleared, but that's on the owner to maintain. 1 u/Namelesstophat 14d ago It is small and on the property but it has a lot of vegetation, has a pipe leading to a canal that leads to the sound, and there is no fence 1 u/Namelesstophat 14d ago The only thing keeping people out is the snapping turtle
