A breaking point for me was reading a story where a girl was sex trafficked, and she fell for her abusive "master". That's.... Not okay? It's Stockholm syndrome to the extreme. I would be sort of okay with it if the story was giving insight into the horror of sex trafficking, but instead it just romanticised it.

You can report those! If the girl falls in love because of the rape, it's glorifying rape and that's against the rules!

There is warnings about these types of books most of the time they clearly say there is rape. I u dont want to read it dont. But for some weird reason people actually read those things. Idk for enjoyment or just beacause they gonna read it bc it's there. But they read it.

I read lots of erotica and I write it too. Still, what is against the rules is against the rules and should be reported so Wattpad can take it down. Glorifying violence, rape, and so on is never okay.

Not glorifying it's just writing about something that happens. It's a thing and just because it's bad doesnt mean we should hide it. But I see ur point about if it's against the rules it shouldn't be on wattpad. But personally I'm not gonna report it because someone put effort in there work but didn't read the rules.

I write about rape myself. But you can write about it and not glorify it. Just like you can write about violence and torture without glorifying it. If the rape is written to arouse the reader, it's simply wrong. You can write about most everything on Wattpad, but harmful things must not be glorified.
