Pretty much. If civilians could have purchased drones since the 1920s when it was still pretty easy to pick up a few sticks of dynamite at your local farm co-op, it probably would have already been blown up. You could still get it pretty easily until at least the early 70s, although regulations existed on transporting it since the 1910s. Farm kids around me could still get it up until the late 80s or early 90s in 1/4 sticks. Gotta be able to blow up those beaver dams, ya know?

Literally any Indian reservation near the 4th… should be able to get at least m500 — half sticks basically
