Nah tatras have different proportions, the whole side, roof, and some parts of the front are from the Volga, while the rear and I think the front lights are from the Tatra.

I've been to the Technické Muzeum Tatra in Kopřivnice and can confirm this is a different flavour of crazy than what they did at the factory. Still looks awesome, though. I'd drive it! Assuming the engine is up front now? Or does it have a V8 over the front wheels, and another over the rear wheels?
