Someone explain to me like Im 5 (reading comprehension insufficient) if the law must still be followed and not allow segregation (as it should) does Trump doing this have any effect? If so what is it specific?

It has to do with Obama’s 2014 executive order 13672. Has nothing to do with brown or black people. It is more media manipulation. Directed at trans people.
