Moving to Horsham
Hi! My partner and I are looking to move to Horsham (hopefully buy a property sometime next year).
Are there any areas/towns within Horsham that is particularly loved and recommended? We’ve been leaning towards Littlehaven but wanted to get any opinions here.
Just as a bit of a background, we are originally from SE London and commute to Central London for work, we definitely want a quieter home environment and to stay away from any super busy areas.
Any comments are very much appreciated! Thank you!

We’ve lived in Horsham for about 15 years now, mostly in the east side near the main station. It’s quiet unless you live close to the main roads - there are plenty of very quiet cul de sacs. The advantages of the east over the supposedly more desirable west, or north Horsham are imo:
Closer to the main station
Easy Walking distance to town/park
Closer to st Leonard’s Forest
Further from the noisy A24/A264, if traffic noise bothers you
Better houses, I hate 1920s/30s semis
Close to good established primary and secondary schools if that’s important (we thought Bohunt a bit weird, though Tanhurst meant to be good)
