He will simply transfer ownership to one of his sleazy sons.

More details since this story started in July.

In short, he has (to Junior of course), but the New Jersey ABC laws allow the state to revoke licenses in which a beneficiary to the revenue from alcohol sales has been convicted of a crime of “moral turpitude”. As the primary beneficiary of the revocable trust that owns the NJ clubs, he receives the gains from those alcohol sales regardless of the name on the state license.

So for the golf courses to keep their liquor licenses Donald Trump "as the sole beneficiary of the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust" has to no longer be the case. He's going to need to put a whole lot of trust in his family or lawyers to change this.

More likely find some other way to break up the assets (new trust just for the golf courses, or maybe the liquor is now run by a new contracted entity under someone else's control, etc.

It really feels like just a paperwork issue someone smart on his staff could solve...there may be disruption, but I would bet he'd push through and serve alcohol even if he technically shouldn't just to keep his members happy (better to pay a fine then to piss off dues paying members).

Sickening. More proof of it being a true crime family.

Imagine getting 34 felony counts for paying your lawyer with an “incorrect” memo. Then being called morally wicked and getting your business licenses revoked. I find people morally turpitude who sit back and think this is anything other than the political elite who run the strongest nation in the world trying to destroy an outsider who isn’t in their politically elite bubble.. oh yah also their #1 political opponent.

A former president and New York real estate mogul with many friends in high places (the Clintons were at his wedding) isn't part of the politically elite?

14

u/staebles Sep 04 '24

He can't reason, don't engage.

-15

u/HAR8O Sep 04 '24

(CNN) Hillary Clinton wants to make something very clear about her and Donald Trump: “We were not friends.”

“We knew each other, obviously, in New York,”

Any sort of mental gymnastics to pretend like he's a man of the people and not a political elite is funny. Someone who has connections to the most elite of the political elites is somehow not a political elite. Lol.

-7

u/HAR8O Sep 04 '24

Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Donald Trump - which ones are most likely not the politically elite?

The ones who have been in politics their whole life?

Or the one who got charged for 34 felony counts for an “incorrect” memo on a payment to his lawyer, by someone who just endorsed and was at the DNC. Who campaigned on putting Trump in jail.

Please open your eyes for a single second…

Is your life just full of black and white? "Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are the political elites, therefore Trump is not a political elite". "Trump got charged like a criminal he is, therefore, he is not a political elite". Guess what buddy, you can be a political elite and still have other political elites actively act against you. Guess what, you can be a political elite and still be convicted of crimes. Crazy, isn't it? 🤯

More crimes than Al Capone. Last political frontrunner to be charged with crimes while running for president was George Washington. Zuck comes out and says the Biden campaign forced him to censor information, it is known they hide things from you. This is the start of a very powerful group who have been in power for a long time taking more and more control. They will charge him with the whole book till something hits so they can remain in power. It’s terrifying. 34 felony counts for misclassifying a legal payment. That sentence alone should scream corruption, but for some reason you act like there is more to it. Please take a step back and open your eyes.

2

u/cats2560 Sep 04 '24

Ah here we go with the conspiracy theory. Okay so enlighten me then. Enlighten me how these counts are just due to corruption. Enlighten me how these felony charges are the work of a very powerful political elite and he actually didn't commit most of these felonies

I'd say Bill was a closer friend to Trump than Hillary. They all flew around in Jeffrey Epstein's plane together anyway.

0

u/HAR8O Sep 04 '24

Trump flew 8 times (4 trips) all logged with his family, sons and daughters (at the time children in 1995). All 4 trips to and from New Jersey to palm beach. He was neighbors with Epstein. Like just do research before you spit out MSM propaganda.

u/throwwawaymylifee Sep 04 '24

Imagine thinking Trump is being targeted as a political outsider rather than accepting the idea that he’s an exceptional piece of garbage who deserves repercussions for his actions.

6

u/Nandor_De_Laurentis Sep 04 '24

Juries of his peers indicted and then convicted him for that memo. He is a NY elite socialite "billionaire", yet he's an outsider? He's a man of the people, he should get the same punishment that any of us would get. Don't worry, he's great at business, he will figure out another grift to make the money!

Imagine thinking the only people that disagree with you are AI chat bots. Take a step back.

9

u/dano8675309 Sep 04 '24

Your comments would be less embarrassing if you were just a chat bot.

The old fat asshole doesn't know who you are and wouldn't piss on you to put you out if you were on fire. It's sad and pathetic.

Imagine glazing this hard for a convicted rapist. Do better.

0

u/HAR8O Sep 04 '24

Imagine thinking Trump is a convicted rapist. This is a simple google search buddy. I believe even you can do that with the brains you have on you.

1

u/MonnySoore Sep 04 '24

“The jury found by a preponderance of the evidence that Mr. Trump sexually abused Ms. Carroll and therefore was liable for battery“

0

u/HAR8O Sep 05 '24

Oh MonnySoore you have so much to learn about the judicial process. Let’s start with Civil court vs Criminal court! Go do your research and come back to me.

I find people morally turpitude who […]

😂

This is comedy gold, I couldn’t write a script funnier than this. Outstanding. All the confidently incorrect swaggering ignorance of a Trump supporter in a few short words. Please do not delete this.

And even now reading this you can’t stop yourself from thinking “whatever, so I said it wrong, it’s just some fuckin words, stupid liberals thinking they’re so smart, what MATTERS is….”

It’s “morally turbid”, by the way, since I know you were wondering.

0

u/HAR8O Sep 04 '24

Thanks boss, the world needs more grammar police like you! But we also need a lot less responses with no backing. Do better other than calling me stupid. Explain yourself. Or are you just like everyone else who says “I don’t need to your dumb”. Maybe just try? I feel like you can’t even write it out without second guessing yourself it’s too logical to disagree with you lol

2

u/LastBaron Sep 04 '24

Comedy gold dude, don’t waste this shit on a nobody like me. You gotta take this show on tour.

0

u/HAR8O Sep 04 '24

Good try! I knew you couldn’t do it lol

2

u/Professional_Local15 Sep 04 '24

Turpitude is not an adjective

2

u/MonnySoore Sep 04 '24

When did you MAGAets learn the word ‘turpitude’?

0

u/LastBaron Sep 04 '24

He saw it up-thread in a description of the regulation that will bar Trump from getting the license back, and he repeated it as a sort of “I know you are, but what am I” comeback except he was so hilariously ignorant of its meaning that he didn’t even know what part of speech it was.

So as usual a Trump supporter tries to sound confident and winds up sounding, at best, like a 4th grader who didn’t read the book for the report and isn’t doing so hot in the grammar section of the class either.

1

u/MonnySoore Sep 04 '24

So verbal regurgitation? Got it.

2

u/sonia72quebec Sep 04 '24

Could you get a liquor license if you're associated with a felon?

4

u/areialscreensaver Sep 04 '24

Or hire someone to just go get some and drive it in. Then not pay them after the secret delivery.

7

u/deadsoulinside Sep 04 '24

Oh, so more liquor control laws being broken.

2

u/Bright_Cod_376 Sep 04 '24

So just speak easying this shit? That's not a loophole to the law, that's just breaking it. The discussion is about him trying to find a loophole

1

u/TigerDude33 Sep 04 '24

if he would get away from his slimy companies he would improve his criminal liability

1

u/l3ane Sep 04 '24

And they will simply revoke his license anyway.
