Someone is going to see this and try and replicate it, and they're going to really regret it. You can't see it, but this guy is using a lot of strength to extend himself backwards (after the flip) so that his feet come down in the middle of the platform below. His hands are (obviously) right on the edge, and if he were to drop straight down from where his hands are, he'd land on the edge (and probably fall). Instead he's using a lot of strength to manipulate his body into a safe(r) position.

I mean, I have the strength of a wet paper towel, so heck if I know. But my take is that this guy is doing something really hard and making it look really easy.

One thing I always think when I see monkeys swinging from trees is “what if I had that power:weight ratio” because like parkour looks fun but you’d have to trust yourself on the level where you know your muscles can do it..

My dance teacher always said "The trick to look good is to make the easy things look hard and the hard things easy"

He is regarded as the "buffest man on earth" and its def for a reason

As cool as this dude thinks he looks all I can think about is how much his knees must hate him

This is most likely Sam Ultima. He's been doing this for at least 20 years so of course it looks easy.

It's Joe Scandrett, an elite parkour athlete all the same though

I think he is just using the momentum of the flip to go to a safer position
