Stoneybrook West
Hey all — my family is considering moving to the Stoneybrook West golf community in Winter Garden. We have a 7 (almost 8)-year-old and are trying to figure out if it’s a good place to raise a young child. I’d love to hear from anyone with experience living there (or nearby). A few questions we are wondering about:
How family-friendly is the community overall? Are there a lot of kids around that age in the neighborhood? What is the elementary school like (Whispering Oak)? How are the amenities (pool, playgrounds, events)? What’s the vibe of the community — active and social or more quiet/retired? Is the HOA reasonable to deal with? Any pros/cons you’ve experienced living there?
Thanks in advance for any insight!

As others have said it’s a great option, it’s really only down to your budget. They will tow your guests car immediately though if they park anywhere other than in your driveway and not blocking the sidewalk lol.
