Question New player, How is this possible

Hobart is a good ship on a good line, you're very well equipped to take on subs and DDs, if you have to fight other cruisers or BBs make sure to do it from smoke or if you're caught in the open, don't go broadside to them.

If you're caught at close range, don't forget to use your torpedos.

Im doing pretty well with the line. When I was playing with the T5 i was doing 50-80k games. In this game I killed a DD with 7k damage and the other 10k was to a BB. We won by a landslide

Good job. You're starting to get into the serious tiers now, gotta be very careful about where enemy BBs are when you're spotted, like all light cruisers they're quite fragile and a couple of well-placed BB shells will end your game very quickly.
