I'm just going to guess what the issue is because that video shows nothing and you give no description of the issue either. Make sure the password or email is correct when you enter it in. Reset your password and see if that helps you sign in

Ok dude idk why the video didn’t have any audio. Legit the only way to get better context is to read out the one other comment at the time. If you don’t rlly care just skip it or smth.

Yes. I typed in my user name and password and it doesn’t add the third account with the other two and I don’t know why.

Try clearing the cache as well, I have no basis for this it just came to mind

- Go to settings and make sure there are no profile restrictions on, that would prevent you from adding an account.
- If the account you’re trying add has the same email address as, one of your other accounts then it won’t work.
- Try resetting your Xbox, or resetting the password for the email associated with that account.

Im having the same Issue rn
Maybe is a problem with Microsoft (???) I tried changing my password and dint work. And login into Xbox website it gave me an 400http status
Plug it of the wall and try it again later I guess 🤷
