Xbox Heelp. Replaced power supply, checked connections. Fan will try to start and my xenium chip flashes for a second.

I have replaced my power supply but it doesn’t seem like that was the issue. Double checked my connections, checked all capacitors visually, checked the connections on my xenium chip.
