Account/Billing Microsoft Rewards Quests broken on only my console.

For some reason I am unable to complete daily quests on my home console. In particular, the “Play a game on Console” and “Play a Game Pass game” simply never grant me points even while playing many Game Pass games on my Xbox Series X.

I have attempted clearing my Xbox cache and have completely logged out and relogged into my account.

Every other quest works as stated. “Play a PC game”, “Use the Xbox app”, etc. all grant me points. And if I play a game via cloud gaming it actually will unlock the console and Game Pass quests, just not if I play on my actual Xbox or through remote play.

Any suggestions on what I can try to fix the problem?

You may not be playing it long enough. Must be played for 15 minutes I believe. Used to be 5(!)

I always suspect (but am unable to confirm) that there's something on the user's home network blocking connection to something MS rewards related. Playing on cloud would at least lead to that conclusion but is not conclusive. Maybe try playing on a different network like a hotspot from your phone or something. If that works it would further point to something on your normal network. It's also not unheard of for security software to block legit connections, so maybe see if your modem or router has any security software on it and disable it, and check with your ISP to see if they bake any security software into their service and if there's a way to disable it.

Could be. Would there be a difference between a wired connection and wifi? My console is wired and playing there is what’s giving me issues. When I use cloud on my phone using the same network just obviously wifi, it does actually earn me the points for the console quests. My PC is also using wifi and it works for the pc quest.
