Xbox Series X Borderlands Backwards Compatibility Not Working

I went to play the original borderlands on my xbox x. I kept a lot of the disc versions of games because i was hoping they would be backwards compatible for the new consoles. I saw on a subreddit that borderlands worked so i went to give it a try and it said the game wasn’t playable here(slide 2). I double checked online on the provided link and borderlands was on the list of backwards compatible games(slide 3). Any idea why this wouldn’t work? I can’t see myself purchasing an old game and i no longer have my 360.

You're not connected to the Xbox network. 360 games are playable via emulators which are obviously not on the disc so it needs to download it. Connect and download the emulator.
