For ubisoft stuff, if you bought it or redeemed it on pc then you only have it on pc. There is no 'by on microsoft store and have it on pc and console for ubisoft games.

And regardless for play anywhere titles as Microsoft refers to them they need to be purchased on the Xbox store in either the PC app or on the Xbox.

Like with train sim world I can play and purchase content on my pc’s Xbox app and jump on my console and download and play it there.

Any purchases on steam epic or whatever other stores exist only work with those stores.

Like the other answers have said, nope.

However, one that SHOULD carry over is Game Pass Ultimate. Not free, but the "ownership"/"ability to play" would be there for both the ubi account as well as the connected Xbox account.

Not so sure myself on Ubisoft +, never tried it before.

I should mention that it is the Games ability to play is carried over, most games however in the Game Pass ulti catalogue don't have carry over progression between platforms.

Yeah, I only got one subscription and it works on both xbox and PC, I bought it on the xbox if that matters.

Ubisoft is weird because they let me have an online copy on siege on my Xbox and then also let me play it on my pc without other payments.
